Ante una sociedad en crisis y con demasiada oferta formativa, en la que es difícil aspirar a un puesto de trabajo en España, es interesante que los futuros trabajadores estén formados en las habilidades demandadas por dichas empresas. Este estudio, realizado mediante encuesta a 806 empresas españolas, nos describe la evolución de la currícula en la disciplina de los Sistemas de Información e Informática en el sector empresarial español, enmarcando dicha disciplina en el funcionamiento de estas empresas a través de las herramientas utilizadas y sus funciones en éstas, y precisando las habilidades requeridas en este campo en las empresas españolas. Obteniendo como resultado, unos SI/TI cada vez más presente en las funciones de las empresas y en su faceta de herramientas informáticas, destacando los procesadores de texto, las hojas de cálculo y las bases de datos, y con tendencia al uso de aplicaciones estándar y programas ofimáticos, en detrimento al software hecho a medida realizado por su propia empresa o por empresas externas. Concluyendo con que estas herramientas informáticas, que son las más utilizadas por dichas empresas, coinciden claramente con los conocimientos demandados por las mismas, tanto en 2001-02 como en 2011-12.

In a society in crisis and too training offer, which is difficult to aim for a job in Spain, it is interesting that future workers are formed in the skills demanded by these companies. This study, conducted by survey of 806 Spanish companies, describes the evolution of the curricula in the discipline of Information Systems and Informatics in the Spanish business sector, framing the discipline in the operation of these companies through the tools used and their functions in these ones, and specifying the skills required in this field in Spanish companies. Obtaining as result, IS/IT increasingly present in the functions of companies and in his role as IT tools, emphasizing the word processors, spreadsheets and databases, and prone to using standard applications and office automation programs, in detriment to the software tailored by your own company or by outside companies. Ending with these IT tools, which are the most used by these companies, clearly they match the skills demanded by the same ones in both 2001-02 and 2011-12.
