Análisis del sector hotelero en la relación “compromiso con las plataformas de valoración y resultados”

La decisión final de compra de los usuarios está estrechamente ligada al e-WOM por lo que es necesario analizar cómo gestionan las organizaciones, y especialmente los hoteles, las valoraciones que los usuarios comparten en la red. De este modo, se configura especialmente relevante analizar si existe relación entre elcompromiso con las plataformas de valoración y los resultados financieros obtenidos. Para ello, esta investigación analiza desde la opinión de 334 hoteleros la relación entre la gestión llevada a cabo por los hoteleros del eWOM y los resultados alcanzados (ventas, ROI, cuota de mercado y reducción de costes). Los resultados ponen de manifiesto que existe una alta correlación entre estos resultados analizados y el compromiso llevado a cabo por la empresa de las plataformas de valoración. De este trabajo se derivan importantes implicaciones prácticas para las empresas del sector.
