Estudio del concepto y evolución de seguridad nacional, evolución de amenaza en política internacional y escuelas y doctrinas que justifican medidas extraordinarias abusivas por parte del Estado, que vulneran derechos y garantías jurídicas personales e internacionales, desembocando en intervencionismo, autoritarismo y nuevo despotismo.
Study of the concept and evolution of national security, threat developments in international policies and theories schools and doctrines that justify abusive extraordinary measures by the State, which violate personal rights and international legal guarantees and lead to interventionism, authoritarianism and new despotism.
